Giveaway Rules

Next Giveaway 7/30

  1. Eligibility

    • Giveaways are open to everyone worldwide. ( International winners cover shipping )

    • Family members of people working for Perfume Partials are ineligible from entering.

     

  2. How to Enter

    • Every order of fragrances or samples placed counts as one entry into our Giveaway.

    • More orders placed within the dates of the giveaways = more entries

  3. Winner Selection & Notification

    • Winners will be chosen at random during the live stream.

    • Winners will be announced on the same live session and notified via direct message on the platform where they entered.

  4. Prize Claiming

    • Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of notification.

    • If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within this 24‑hour window, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.

  5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Winners are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise told.

    • No prize will be shipped until the winner has paid the required shipping fee.

    • If shipping payment is not received within 48 hours of claiming, the prize will be forfeited. ( just email me if you genuinely can't cover the shipping and we'll work something out )

  6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Prizes

    • Perfume Partials is not liable for any prize that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once it leaves our facility.

    • Any claim for lost or damaged shipments must be taken up directly with the carrier.

  7. Chargeback Policy

    • Any participant who has opened a chargeback against Perfume Partials for a prior transaction is immediately ineligible for all future giveaways as of the date the chargeback is filed.

    • Once disqualified under this rule, the person can still shop with us however re‑entry or reinstatement into giveaways is not permitted in any way shape or form even in follower giveaways.

  8. Fairness & Transparency

    • To ensure fairness for all participants, all giveaways will be conducted live on TikTok and Instagram Live, unless an alternative method is announced in advance. ( @perfumepartials )

  9. The Hippopotamus Rule (Double‑or‑Nothing Challenge)

    • Eligibility: After winning a prize on the live stream, the winner may request the Double‑or‑Nothing Challenge immediately, on‑air.

    • Challenge Mechanics:

      • The winner must guess a fragrance—no hints, no clues, no second chances.

      • A correct guess doubles the original prize.

      • An incorrect guess forfeits the original prize entirely—no consolation.

    • “No Sad Faces” Policy: Once the challenge begins, there are no appeals or do‑overs.

    • Replacement Winner: If the challenger loses, a brand‑new winner will be drawn 24 hours later to give everyone a fair shot (and time to mourn the one that got away).

  10. General Conditions

    • By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Perfume Partials’ decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

    • Perfume Partials reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control.

  11. DRAGON RULE

-  FROM 7/18 if a winner ever wins more than 5 Major giveaways within 5 Months, they get one free Niche Fragrance on the house as an extra gift from us. (:
